Look inside yourself, and see the strong, beautiful individual you are.
— Mannette Morgan

Dear Survivor,

Have you felt alone, isolated, or disconnected?

I felt that way for years until I chose to get help, get out of my abusive relationship, and stop the cycle of abuse in my life. I, too, am a survivor. I overcame overwhelming adversity including childhood sexual, physical, and emotional abuse, dyslexia, and an abusive marriage.

I want you to know that you are not alone. It is possible to heal the pain of your past and stop the cycle of abuse. You have the opportunity to not only recover but to actually thrive as you reclaim your life and reach for a better life. The journey of recovery requires education, self-reflection, new perspectives, and most of all healing.

My wish is to see every survivor become empowered then lead happier and healthier lives comprised of healthy loving relationships. I want to provide solutions, answers, and inspiration as you embark on your own healing journey so you can change your life forever!

Love,

Mannette
